Mr. Baid is the founding Partner of the firm. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Calcutta in the year 2011 and qualified his Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in the year 2012 and is currently a Fellow Member of ICAI, since 2017. He has also completed a post-qualification course in Ind AS, conducted by ICAI.

Mr. Baid has expertise in the field of professional services such as Audit and Assurance services (including Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Internal Financial Control Audit, and Goods & Services Tax Audit).

SHRENIK DUGAR

Mr. Dugar has obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Calcutta and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is currently an Associate Member of ICAI.

He has expertise in the field of Audit & Assurance services and statutory compliances in terms of Goods and Services Tax and Company Law matters.
